My complaint:
I have been playing religiously for a few months. Have won and lost which I accept to be fair. I went thru the process of getting verified and was not successful due to my banking using cash app. They don’t have a problem taking the cash that way but rejects the bank statement that cash app sent to me due to the fact that it was on an excel spreadsheet. But none the less I was informed that I can receive my winnings via gift cards. Now I have done the up and down with my balance and just a few hours ago. When I figured to be smart and cash out my nearly $250 winnings that I cannot cash it out cause the gift card option doesn’t seem to work for me. And trying to reach anyone in customer service is a big run around. I feel that they are not reputable and would appreciate all my winnings and deposits. I have invested alot of funds into this and my heart just dropped when I realized that I have been conned. All those advertisements that are shown all over doesn’t mean a thing when all they want to do is take your money but not award your winnings!!!
Suggested solution:
I want all my deposits and winnings totalled up and given to me.
