Chumba Casino complaint: I won 1500 twice and I have been playing for two to three years now I pay with the same card

My complaint:

I won so many times and for me not to get paid out for it I hit for10,000 and sent them my info.till this day my account is still being verified but they still taking money off my card when I play

Suggested solution:

Pay me what they owe me and fix my account
