My complaint:
Ive won a decent amount on Chumba. I had cashed out, the verifying process went threw just fine. I had received a small amount of my winnings and then all of a sudden they didn’t want to pay the remaining balance owed to me. They have made up every excuse or reason to not pay the remaining balance owed to me for my winnings. Plan and Simple if any of the false reasons as to why they won’t pay me my $ were accurate, why was I verifiedapproved and paid the little amount I did receive? As well as I have cashed out with no hassle prior to this situation.
Suggested solution:
Pay the rest of my $ owed to me or….
