My complaint:
Chuck’s Roadhouse is hands down my favourite restaurant because of great food and fantastic prices. However, on my November 21st visit at the Port Perry location, I was served the Warm Up Special — a filet mignon meal and a glass of wine, probably the most expensive meal I’ve ever ordered at Chuck’s, on my server’s recommendation. I ordered it medium rare. However, it arrived well done instead, and the bacon on it was burnt to a black cinder and completely inedible. So disappointed! I should have said something but hesitated because I didn’t want to cause problems, but I just keep thinking about that awful meal still, and I am so annoyed with myself for not speaking up.
Suggested solution:
A refund for my burnt and overdone filet mignon
