My complaint:

Ordered 4 meals from Chuck’s Road House @ 2 Kennedy Road South, Brampton Ontario through Skip The Dishes. Once the food arrived I realized via the receipt that it was not my order. Thankfully the courier was still here and I relayed the problem. She called the restaurant and referred to my order number 376778225 and was told the order was waiting there. She asked how this could happen as she referred to the name and order number and was given the wrong one. The lady from the Chuck’s said it wasn’t her that handed the order over. The courier asked the restaurant for compensation for me and the reply was absolutely not. Zero apologies given or responsibility taken.

Suggested solution:

The courier told me I shouldn\'t have to pay for my order and encouraged me to contact Skip The Dishes. I cannot find customer support with an email address or phone number so have resorted to Complain.biz for my complaint.
I agree with the driver, and feel I shouldn\'t have to pay for the order that was mixed up by the staff, was received 40 minutes longer than it should have taken and was cold and soggy. An embarrassment of a birthday dinner to say the least
