My complaint:
to who it may concern on1130 at 237pm I went in to your restaurant and there was only 3 customers in there and they where eating but not 1 of your employees greeted me or said hi and a couple of them even looked at me and kept doing what ever they where doing then after a half hr they acknowledged me took my order and i told them i want guacamole with i to go then when I went to pay the cashier was checking me out then in the middle off her checking me out she went and started doing other stuff. then when i got home they dint put the guacamole in my order that asked for so i called the store and sked for MGR so the lady said let me get him I litterly sat on the phone for 1 hr no one came so i hung up and when I was in there it was the MGR that was steering at me and dint even knollage me!!
Suggested solution:
Have better customer service Couse I have been telling all my customers what bad service you guys have and your employees don't care specially your MGRS and the mgr. dont take there calls when a customer calls them!!!!!!!!!!
