Chipotle complaint: cold food sitting in back

My complaint:

we ordered online for store pick up. Went to pick up food and it wasn’t sitting on shelf apparently it was on a shelf in the back. It had been sitting there for at least 30 minutes bc they never brought it out.

Suggested solution:

we should get some sort of coupons because food was promised at 6:20 and not brought out until 6:50 as it was just sitting in the back. I believe it prepared on time it's just no one bothered to check on it or individual customers orders
