My complaint:
I am emailing you again, because I had te worst experience flying with China Southern Airlines. The first thing was that I booked a flight (on purpose) with a 23 hour overlay, so I could visit Bejing on my way back from Seoul to Amsterdam. I checked many times with customer Service if that was possible and I also check at the aitport when I went from Seoul to Amsterdam through Ghouangzhou. Besides that, I called the airline in Seoul asking about the PCR AND I emailed them and thay answered that there was no PCR needed. did not believed them so I checked again in Seoul en They told me I had to. So misinformation there. So I did the PCR (payed 66000krw) and went to Bejing. There me entering the country was denied. I had to wait at the airport for 23 hours! Without a good place to sleep. I could not even get a hotel to get some rest. My cards did not work at the aiport in China, so I could not biuy any food. I had no food for 23 hours. I cried many times, because I was already tired and I paid extra to take this flight and get the PCR. So after waiting for 23 hours at the airport without any sleep, i took my flight home. Then I got the message then my vegetarian food, which I ordered, was not on the plane. So I could only have some rice and I got a sandwich. The flight to China (Ghuanzhou) was even worse with the plastic bags full unhealthy foods. There was no hot meal at all. I am sorry, but this has been the worst experience ever with an airline. I damaged me and I had to recover for more then a week. They are not responding to all my complaints and they tell me that the rules in China change every time, so they are not responsible. I think they are because they misinformed me many times. Why would I book a flight woth a 23! hour overlay? To chill at a aiport. No. I was mistreated and I want to be compensated for that.
