My complaint:
I have traveled today (26/04/2023) from Honghong to Sydney on flight CZ301, I have had paid $12 extra for my Halal meal request. But they provided Bacon !! When I asked about my halal meal, cabin crew said “it’s ok”
Their English need improvement but ethics need way more. I didn’t eat and that’s because of their failure to respect what I paid for. They need to improve their service. It’s disrespectful.
Suggested solution:
First of all , an apology for being careless and then refund the extra that they made me to pay for my halal meal.
