Yesterday I had a flight with you, from Bangkok to London with a stopover in Shanghai, the first flight was delayed and when I arrived in Shanghai my second flight to London had already left, they assigned me a new flight 4 and a half hours later, and I had some extra expenses like food at the airport plus the missed bus to get to my final destination. I would like to receive compensation for the delay and the extra expenses I had to incur due to my flight being delayed.
