My complaint:
Purchased 3 security lights and all 3 turned out to be faulty, I took the goods back to the exact shop I purchased the goods from boxed up with Chilton mills price tags still attached and was basically told tough luck your stuck with the faulty goods, no refund or credit note was offered, common sense and customer service is absolutely zero in stockton on Tees branch, I would rather give my money to charity than a company that scams selling faulty items
