My complaint:
I had lunch with a friend and when I checked my receipt on my email after I got home I found that I had been charged for the chips and salsa. We had a burger which was $10.39 and a chicken sandwich which was $10.79 and 2 drinks which were $3.09 each and the bill came to $32.95.before tax, I checked the receipt again and the chips and salsa were supposed to be free and I was charged for them. I had logged into account and the server told me it would come up 0 when the bill was entered. Did not happen.
Suggested solution:
Give me credit for the chips and salsa.
