My complaint:
Seniors normally do not have large appetites. You do not have a senior menu. I have ordered the children’s menu for the last three visits. No problem…different servers. Today, after my meal, when I got the bill, I was told it is against company policy for me to receive a child’s order and was charged an extra $3.12. I asked for the manager and she told us she was following corporate guidelines. She graciously refunded the drink charge. There was a new server and we assured her and the manager that she had done an excellent job…and yes, I did give her a good gratuity.
Suggested solution:
It's not local...its corporate. Consider the elderly who enjoy eating out (I am 84) and many have limited appetites incomes. I do not expect special anything but there's a bunch of baby boomers coming along...we are having to adapt to the 21st century...perhaps you would consider a senior meal menu.
