My complaint:
Well today on Friday June 7 around 12:45pm I, Grisselle Lewis had a sudden anxiety attack. I’ve had these attacks before and had been hospitalized about weeks prior to this incident for the same reason. I’ve showed my health papers to my manager Brenda Jones giving her full knowledge of what I can do to calm myself. Now when I was trying to tell her what was going on with me she got an attitude and sent me home. She didn’t ask how i was or if I needed to sit down nor offered me water. I’m making a complaint because of negligent behavior towards the cooks and not acting as a professional face of the work place. She also takes personal aggression out on my schedule because I take off for schedule doctors appoinments for myself and my children which leaves me about 3 days to work with 3 to 4 hour shifts and I can’t take care of 3 children with those hours and hourly pay rate.
Suggested solution:
a pay rate of 11.00hr., set schedule and an apology
