Chick-fil-A complaint: Poor Customer Service and poorly made cobb salad

My complaint:

I purchased a Cobb Salad from Chick-fil-A in Homewood IL. I was told there were no eggs. Not a problem. Can I have extra tomatoes, for an extra charge. NO! The associate suggested I ask at the window. I asked the next associate. She contacted the manager and never received an answer. I got to window asked for extra tomatoes and was told for an extra charge. Again NO! There are no eggs why should I pay. Why shouldwould extra tomatoes cost if there are no eggs? When I was ready to eat my salad there was only chicken and lettuce, no other ingredients.

Suggested solution:

Give the customer a substitute at no charge in this situation.
I will not return to this location.
