My complaint:
I went to Chick-fil-A in Austin Texas on parmer lane in a shopping center outside. My first experience was horrible. The kids they hired were horseplaying like it was a zoo. Too many kid employees that have bad mouths and cuss. They talk about other things outside work. I reported this to a morning manager and corporate at least 9 times and the manager told me to come back to get my free meal. When I went back they refused to give me my meal only how they want to give it to me. It was a scene she made a scene about it in front of the customers and I didn’t get any meal. Anyways both horrible experience at this one Chick-fil-A in Austin and I will never go there again. Corporate did nothing either.
Suggested solution:
My desired solutions is to fire the night manager and the kids that were cussing also fire the manager that refused me the meal. Also replace my meal at another Chick-fil-A. ASAP. I been very upset about this with no solutions or appropriate apology.
