My complaint:

Good evening

Everything was according to my order I asked the girl if I could order the shakes with the combo, and if it cost the same price The girl said yes is the same price so that why I order.
I checked my receipt and I realize that the girl was overcharging me. I ordered some combos and they were charging me $11.80 cents for shakes. I live far away, I went back to the store and a men said that the girl isn’t charging me more , I told them to ask the girl and they said No
She hasn’t charged more and I asked a men from the door if is possible to speak with the manager. I asked the manager for the name of the girl, because she did not have a uniform nor name so I asked the manager why the girl who attended me does not have her uniform and he came out rude saying What do you care about! and he told me What do you need?
I try to explain the situation to him. But when I spoke him, he ignored me and looked at me from head to toe decriminating me I came from playing soccer that’s why I was sweating.
And told him that was not the way to answer me and he told me if you don’t like it you should leave.
I told him that I will going to be a report about this situation and the treatment given to customers and he mocked saying here I am the manager! I felt so bad for this situation I am taking the report so that nobody goes through this.

the manager’s name is Alex the girl did no have name nor did she wear an uniform but she was taking food orders.

I hope to have an answer soon thanks and I hope you can help me. my language is Spanish. to be able to explain in detail thank you.

Suggested solution:

Knowing if the girl who charging me work there because she does wear uniform and she is taking food orders and overcharging me .

And why the manager have bad attitude with the costumers. He has to have the ability to solve problems and not discriminate how the person looks.
