My complaint:

My son took his 2015 CHEVROLET CAMARO IN BECAUSE THE AC STOPPED WORKING. They have had the vehicle 3 weeks they got the new AC put in but the people who put the WINSHIELD BACK IN CUT ALL THE WIRES AND NOW THEY HAVE TO ORDER MORE PARTS TO FIX IT. Someone should have been watching over this to make sure this kind of problem never happened , it’s my sons car and they didn’t offer to give he a vehicle to drive. They said it might take two weeks, meanwhile, he is driving my car till they correct all the mistakes they have made . His windows doesn’t work he can’t lock his car , and they have had ample time to complete this problem, I am very upset with this dealership, and want action taken against them !!!!

Suggested solution:

I believe the best way to correct this problem, is to fix the damage caused by the people that the dealership hired to do this and for making him go through so much stress and nothing to drive!! I Benny Taylor is his father, and I have bought over a million dollars worth of vehicles from this dealership and I’m 100 percent disabled veteran and I have to end up letting him use my new vehicle that I bought from this dealership is bull crap. If you still want my business and my sons business, I think the dealership should pay the 2,000.00 for the AC AND EVERYTHING ELSE THEY TORE UP AND CALL IF PAID IN FULL I CANNOT GIVE YOU A PHOTO CAUSE THE VEHICLE IS STILL AT THE DEALERSHIP WAITING ON PARTS TO FIX ALL THE WIRING AND THE INTERIOR LINING AND A BUTTON THEY BROKE OFF TRYING TO PUT THE WINSHIELD IN , this is pure neglect on the dealership the supervisor should have been watching them and advising them be sure not to cut the wires but they didn’t. So I’m asking to resolve this problem for them to fix it and drop the charges on the AC UNIT THEY PUT IN THAT WOULD COST MY SON 2000.00 if they want our business with Chevrolet in the future. Talk to WOODRUFF CHEVROLET AND CORRECT THIS MATTER PLEASE THANKS, BENNY TAYLOR .
