My complaint:
2019 Silverado developed a rear window leak, was replaced under warranty then started leaking again 15 months later only to have GM tell me this one will cost me over 1,000 to replace it. There should be a recall. GM knows this is a problem because they have issued a bulletin to correct it. GM has went down hill and they don’t care about their loyal customers. This should have been covered under the previous warranty.
Suggested solution:
Reimburse the cost of the window
