My complaint:
Sometimes when I put the 2019 Silverado Truck in drive and start to go it hesitates going into first gear and then sometimes it almost slams into first gear and sometimes it almost slams into second gear so to me there is a problem with the transmission. Every time I take the vehicle into the dealer to have them fix it (which has been at least 8 times in the last year and a half or so) the service guy told me the computer says there’s nothing wrong and basically blows me off! Even when I contacted my salesperson, she asked me what she’s supposed to do?!?!?!?! When you put it into passing gear and you let off the gas it doesn’t come out of passing gear right away like it probably should! Also my backup camera is not good at night and they tell me thats the way it is….WHAT? Thats the way it is are you kidding me? I will never buy another Chevrolet and I have had mostly Chevy vehicles.
