My complaint:
I’ve been to the store earlier today to purchase the Lamb on special. I was told that they don’t have stock. I requested a voucher so when they get stock i can get it at the same price. Spoke to Priya. She mentioned that cant be done. I’ve explained that a family member has been to the Centurion branch and they offered them a voucher. I asked how come one store does this and the other doesn’t. I asked Priya to give me a complaint number to take this further. She the gave me a number which doesn’t exist. She wrote it down. Shoprite customer service. Number given 012 9804555. Again if one store does it how come the other store doesn’t.
Suggested solution:
This was not resolved even after calling the customer service number. All they told me is that they cant help. The Manager from Centurion Store would be in trouble. This is not a solution.
