My complaint:
Went to Checkers his morning and the only pamphlet that was available was the one outside in an advertisement holder. i looked at it and saw Country fresh 5l ice-cream was R99.99. At the counter they informed me that it is not the right price, and that it only available at Checkers Hyper. The gentleman told me that the same pamphlet contains Checkers and Checkers Hyper on one pamphlet. I explained to him that it is very confusing, and that people see the pamphlet as a whole because it is advertised together.
His answer to me was that some people want to know what the prices at Hypers were. I told him that it did not make sense for why would they want to know if there is no Hyper in Kroonstad? His answer to me then was that people should learn how to read. He then removed the pamphlet for i asked him to.
Now my question is, why do Checkers advertise Checkers and Checkers Hyper on one pamphlet if the price does not apply to both. It is confusing for it only states on the very bottom Checkers and Checkers Hyper.
