My complaint:
the cashier by the name of Khanyisile Mamusi gave me a very bad service, she didn’t greet me and gave me a very bad attitude. she asked if i want a bag and in said no then when the lady who was supposed to pack my items asked her if i said i want a bag she said i don’t know this lady kept quite when i asked her with an attitude right in front of me while i did answered her and i said to her don’t say i didn’t answer you just say you didn’t hear me and she went on to say i ignored her

you should to teach your stuff customer service and also how to communicate with customers
