My complaint:
I have been waiting for a changelly refund for 3 weeks. The funds were essential for my work and they have been withheld. Within these 3 weeks I have been evicted from my tenancy because I was not able to make rent and am now living in a hotel. I have told them whats going in every step of the way but they have still refused to release my funds. I had send the wrong type of stablecoin to a deposit address which they say would of taken 20 days to resolve whereas if I were to use simpleswap, an identical exchange ran by a different entity, they would of resolved the situation in 3 hours. They are sending me the same emails over and over again. Humouring me saying they will push it forward but never doing so. I am about to be homeless, I have run out of funds to pay for where I am temporarily living and yet they still give me the same answers. Please help me.
