My complaint:
Threatened on numerous occasions off employer.
Threatened with violence, stopping payments and eventually terminated through me reacting.
Suggested solution:
He needs investigating because there is several people who have received the same treatment off him, once terminated he threatens to not ‘OFFBOARD’ you which makes you unable to get another job.
