My complaint:
On Saturday, 26 September.
Celsius blocked my access to my account with no any warning or any email given.
I ask them why suspend my account.
I received the reply on 28 September,
they said detected a violate terms of use and referral program.
No evidence shown.
They also said once investigation complete they will refund all the funds.
No specific timeline for investigation.
Suggested solution:
Give me a timeline to about the refund.
You can’t just on hold my money and restricted my access. That is a scammer work.
