Celsius Network complaint: New changes coming on 41522

My complaint:

I just joined (41222) and had problems getting verified (email said it was completed, but while logged on yesterday (41122) banner displayed verification is in progress). Called Support and they transferred me to a department. Whatever department that was never picked up the phone.
Submitted a ticket – response arrived in the middle of the night.

Today, I’m sending cryptos to my new Celsius account and get the email about new changes coming on 41522! Seriously? You couldn’t have told me before all of this? I tried transferring my cryptos out now and Celsius is saying it could take 24 hours so send-to address can be verified.

Suggested solution:

Allow me to transfer my assets elsewhere and close my account.

I should've been told about this (takes planning to do these kinds of things) so I could decide either way on transferring my cryptos to Celsius. This sounds deceitful to me whether it was intentional or not.
