My complaint:
Unsubstantiated allegations of illegal and unethical behavior by the British royal family were allowed to be aired without ation, or an opportunity for rebuttal. Public airways were allowed to be used for personal grievances and gossip.
Suggested solution:
Retraction of unproven statements; formal rebuttal opportunity by the accused and apology by the network, production company and Oprah.
