My complaint:
I have been trying to close my account with casino765 due to gambling addiction, this casino refuses to close it or answer my emails, spoke on live chat and through the support email but they continue to allow me to gambling this is unacceptable
Suggested solution:
As I have asked and asked for help due to my illness but they refuse and ignore me making my mental health and big issue causing me major distress
