My complaint:
I would have sponsor for an account that was my child’s and deposit from Social Security got deposited into that account for her because it’s her name so she needed her own thing well for no reason at all they decided to fail to accept the deposit and then they shut down the account after I call about it and ask why it failed and then I go back to get the account number because it’s not viewable online or on the app for whatever reason and they said that they are not allowed to give me that information because they don’t have that information anymore that once an account is closed the information is no longer available to anybody and then they hung up on me so now I’m not able to get the social security check deposited anywhere because they need the account and the routing number to be able to verify to be able to change it to somewhere else and cash app was just their customer service was just so rude and and snobby and just arrogant.
Suggested solution:
They should tell me why the account was flagged and then closed for no reason at all and then they should give me the first nine numbers of the account number so I can get my money deposited someplace else
