My complaint:
A friend sent money to me. I was signed into the app but apparently there is a different account with my info. The support team told me they would try to transfer it to the existing account. They told me for security reasons they could not. The sender tried calling they wouldn’t return the money. I’ve been trying the chat and trying to get calls back. The chat support will not assist further and ends the chat as soon as I connect. This money was sent for an emergency. I never got it and the sender did not get it back. I still have a serious emergency and no other help.
Suggested solution:
Take as much information from me to verify my identity to unlock the old account. I have the verification number of the sent payment and all associated info.
