My complaint:
I sent the money to a account that is not accessible anymore. They will not transfer the money to the recipient other account and will not help them into the old account! We both been talking to reps about my money. First it was saying waiting on response for the individual to send the money back but all of sudden it says the cash app person refuses to refund the money but there is NO WAY THEY REJECTED the money to be sent back when they CAN NOT even access the account. Now I report that the sent email saying xase was closed, I have all the responses from them and so do the receiver . That the money never was received or returned I feel like the took my money !! Someone rejected to send money back and IT WAS MOT THE RECEIVER
Suggested solution:
Transfer the money back to my account or over to the receiver other account!!
