My complaint:
Hi, I’ve been trying to get my money out of my account since before the beginning of June.
When I try to take it out as I always have, it says my bank is unlinked then immediately says it’s linked again but still can’t get cash out.
When I’ve contacted the help , they said my bank was blocking it to get in touch with them which I did.
Not only did the bank say nothing was blocked, they also said no one but the bank itself could see anything on my account which would suggest there’s a block, there is never a block for cash going in whoever had told me this was lying.
I then went back to the help section saying this i was rudely met with there’s nothing they can do the chat will be ending?!
I tweeted them was told to message them direct, when I did they had blocked my account so I couldn’t message them!
Im absolutely desperate for the money as my rent was due yesterday. I don’t have enough so I’m trying to get as much together as possible!
