My complaint:
My family sent me $100 for Christmas and I recently got a new phone and when I went to log in they would not let me log in and told me to contact support they have no service number so it’s all through email after verifying all my information they wanted me to so they could give me access after I ed they told me they would not grant access would not change their decision and will not give me any more information. I have then the ID number they gave my mother when she went to cancel the payment but they will not give me anymore information
Suggested solution:
Refund my family the $100
