My complaint:

I opened a Cash App account 2 weeks ago. They told me to submit the frontback of my license along with a selfie. I did what they asked. They sent me a message asking me to upload this information about 7 times. I’ve been chatting with their support team and they keep asking me to do the SAME thing over and over again. They sent me a link twice and I did it twice. Now they are asking me to do it again today. I told them I just did it. WTH!!! And they are telling me they will get back to me in 10 days!!! Are they serious? How can I get this resolved? I have over 2,000 in BITCOIN that I bought and just sitting there fluctuating until I can get it withdrawn. PLEASE HELP!!!!
