My complaint:
My Cash App Account is locked showing the message We detected something unusual. To protect your funds, we’ve temporarily locked your account. Then I receive the instructions to Contact Support, then to Talk to Support, then verification of my email address to be used, then I am asked to give a detailed message, submit and then someone will get back to you shortly.I have followed these instructions over and over and the only thing I receive from Cash App is a sign in code that does not give any instructions where or how to use this code. This has happened twice. I do not know what else to do to have my account unlocked so that I can withdraw money from my account that I truly need!! I have already been scammed by scammers who posed to be Cash App Support, using fictitious numbers close to a number that one would think it is Cash App Support. This can easily happen when people are trying to have their Cash App problems resolved and are not receiving any kind of help support from Cash App.
Suggested solution:
My complaint will be resolved if my Cash App is unlocked. Either unlock the account or give me the necessary instructions to unlock it myself if that is possible. I have sent numerous explanations of why I think Cash App detected something unusual in my account. Can someone at least contact me if my explanations are not adequate and discuss with me what is required to unlock my account? I don't think this is asking for too much, instead I am not receiving any resolution to this problem and the account remains locked causing me some hardship. This is so unfair. This situation has been going on for about two weeks now! I hope you can please help me. Thank you.
