this is ridicules i contacted yall 2 weeks ago about unauthorized transactions. and i have received the same email WORD FOR WORD FROM TWO DIFFERENT PEOPLE. Saying about 10 days about possibly needing more info and 45 days tp investigate. y tome KEEPS being reset and i am out A LOT OF MONEY. i have a SHUT OFF NOTICE FOR NEXT WEEK AND I NEEDED THIS MONEY TO KEEP THE ELECTRIC ON FOR MY DAUGHTER who needs oxygen. please help me here are tje transactions i DIDN’T MAKE PLEASE HELP. i have already contacted an attorney a about this..
