My complaint:

Hey someone hacked my other cash app account an sent money to multiple people on my old cash app $damariusjuney a then I had to close my account because the hacker was able to keep on locking into my account and I tried multiple times to send them messages but they take forever to respond back an when they do they don’t really assist me at all

You could have changed your phone number or email since Cash App logs us in via codes sent to whatever number or email we link to our account instead of a password… Then, ordered a new Cash Card as well.
