My complaint:
I opened a cashapp account recently so that people could send monetary graduation gifts due to covid. I also applied for the cashapp card but it said I needed to send in verification. I cannot move any funds or send them to anyone else either because it says I’m not verified. I have sent all the verification in that they said was needed and my account still has not been unlocked. I’ve tried making contact several times but it seems as though I continue to get the same automated responses.
Suggested solution:
They need to take the time to process my verification information and unlock my account. Or at the very least have a live representative contact me and work out the problem.
