My complaint:
I had an old cash app account that the government sent my stimulus check to. I have no longer access to the email address or phone number used and no longer have the cash card either. I made a new account to contact support, and have been through the process twice with no luck. I have offered and given every piece of identifying information I possibly can, with no avail. I know the email, phone number, and pin to the old account, just can’t access them. I know the profile pic, the cash tag, the address, can supply anything and everything else they could want. I need that money desperately. I just wish they would let me have my money.
Suggested solution:
They should either transfer the money to my new account, or let me access the old account with my current information. It's my money, not theirs, and I need it.
