My complaint:

I sent $200 dollars to the wrong person, and I informed cash app as soon as it happened. They told me to request my money through the person that I sent it to, but that person denied my request. Cash app has been telling me since last august that they will not be able to return my money. I’ve spoken with numerous of employees, but still nothing has been resolved. I work hard for my money to have an app that I’ll instilled trust in to allow someone to keep my hard earn money. Also, I just recently had 122 taken out of my account for an Amazon order that I never purchased, and still nothing back on that order either.
