My complaint:
I made a purchase for $1500 usingcostco.com I accidentally put in the wrong billing information for my cash card and Costco sent back the payment by cash app says I have to wait 6 to 8 business days to get my money back instead of just seeing the Costco canceled it and getting the email from Costco that I forwarded to their support team over six times and no one in the support team has been able to help me get my money back so I can make the purchase which is vital to my business so now my business has to wait for eight days because cash app is holding $1500
