My complaint:
I sent a total of 1000.00 to my friend using cash app and he denied the money.. cash app took the money out my bank account and didn’t refund my bank account until I disputed it… I disputed it with my bank and they determined that I was correct so they refunded my 1,000.00 back to my bank account.. Now cash app put my cash app account in negative and has been taking money that has been going to my cash app account.. I been responding via email with them for months but can’t get this matter resolved…
Suggested solution:
Refund the money they have taking since my account has been in negative with them and fix issues with my cash app account being in negative..
