My complaint:

I have bitcoin and cash left in my cashapp account. I couple weeks ago I attempted to send bitcoin to another address. I was told i would need to verify my identity to send it externally (okay no problem, makes sense). However I attempted to verify my identify upwards of 5 or 6 times only to be denied or simply not responded to. Eventually, a week or two ago, they simply notified me my account was now closed. There was no explanation given, no way to appeal. I have since attempted to reach out to support ( they conveniently don’t have a phone line) and have either been ignored, or responded to once and then ignored. I now have assets that are stuck in the account. They told me to link a bank account and I would be able to withdraw them, however every time I attempt to link a bank account it is met with an error message.

Suggested solution:

I would like someone from Cashapp to respond to my support inquiries, and then after they respond, continue to work with me until my request is resolved. All I want is to withdraw my money from this account.
