My complaint:

I was a victim of whatever Cash App is doing to their customers. $1955 was taken from my Cash App card and $50 from my personal bank account that was attached to the card. My bank has returned my money, but Cash App keeps sending me this response to request my money back from the person who took my funds. I advise them, more than once that I was blocked by this person and I did try to request funds back but cannot and they insist that is the only way I can get my funds. I think that is bogus, they know you can’t request money from a person that has blocked you. I NEED my FUNDS

Return my funds, I should be able to trust that I use a app from my cash that it is protected and Cash App Support team has not helped me in anyway.
