My complaint:

I broke my old phone and my email was so old I forgot my password and my phone number got given away….well shortly later on my card was stolen or lost and so I went and got a new cashapp and phone and Cashapp still won’t let me get into my old account and my taxes and such may be on it. the process through the emails is garbage. it’s like I’m talking with spam they say they’ll help then don’t. this ui is trash they need to go back to the drawing board and try again this is my money their playing with, I wanna lawsuit.
