Cash App complaint: Stole $4,000 out of my account

My complaint:

I sent my sister $480 royola willrich and I made a mistake and I sent all three of my kids $200 I sent it to the wrong telephone number so I called for assistance to take the money back instead they have me on the phone for 5 hours and they took $4,000 out of my sister’s account

I need her money back into her account
