My complaint:
So, I contacted cashapp after my cousin by mistake sent money to my old cashapp account, and they are refusing even though I have the information that is linked to that account, they both have my email address listed. I know the old card number and my old phone number and they are not releasing my funds.
Suggested solution:
Releasing my funds from my previous account.
