My complaint:

Someone hacked into my account on Dec 3 2020 around 6:00- 7:15 p.m . A client ( I have my own hair salon Serenity Hair Palace) called me stating that they had got locked out their account. And Cash app needed someone to verify that they had recently done transactions with. So the client stated that Cash app was going to give me call. So they did and ask me to download this app called Team viewer quick support. Next thing I know they took all my funds out of my business account it was $1643.74. I have been with Cash App for over 1 year they should be able to see all my transactions. I have been emailing Cash App since Dec 3,2020 they emailed 3 times between Dec 4 and 5th of this month. I have sent them everything I had to help resolve this issue of returning me my funds for my business account. The hacker also locked me out of my Cash app account my info I can’t even access my account anymore they removed my name $Hairpalace35 and email from my account as well. The hacker tried to hack my business bank account but they wasn’t able to get the funds from the bank.I also have the letter from the bank stating their investigations of this matter as well. Cash App support stated it would take up to 10 days I haven’t heard anything from anyone since Dec 5, 2020.
