My complaint:
I was buying a PS4 through an aplication called Offerup. the person told me to cash app them $115. 15.95 for shipping and I did. Then he was asking me for more money because the shipping went high, i said no. he dont want to send me my money back and he didn’t send me ps4 neither. He said he bought clothes with my money when it didn’t pass 10 minutes.
Suggested solution:
I want cash app to cancel my payment so it cant get to him.
